We offer a 7-day size exchange on all T-shirts, starting from the date of delivery.
- Exchange fee: ₹80 (flat, covers return pick-up + re-delivery)
- Reach out within 7 days of delivery to be eligible
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, with tags intact

Returns & Refunds
We currently do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or design preference
- Colour appears different on screen vs reality
- Ordered the wrong size (we offer size exchange for this)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel: info.ravynn@gmail.com
COD Advance Payment
The advance payment collected on Cash on Delivery orders is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including damages or size issues.
This policy helps us keep COD available while reducing fake or unfulfilled orders.
